We provide digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, web development, link building, and AI visibility services. Scope and fees are defined in individual proposals and agreements. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in writing by FOXVISITS LTD.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment terms are specified per agreement. Late payments may incur interest under applicable Cyprus commercial law.

All content on this website (text, design, graphics, code) is owned by FOXVISITS LTD or licensed to us. Client deliverables become client property upon full payment.

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share client data, strategies, or results without written consent.

We strive for accuracy and quality. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise agreed. Work completed to date is billable upon termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
